Job description: This position is part of the program administration team that manages both UK and international partnerships. The role holder serves as a primary point of contact for specific UK partner (s), ensuring coherence with program administration and quality.

Due to the amount of data and information that the roll holder has to manage, it is essential that you have a good memory and attention to detail with high accuracy.

You must have excellent IT skills, including confidence in the use of complex databases or a student records system. You must also be reliable and have effective communication skills, and experience in partnering with organizations will be beneficial.

Through academic partnerships, the University of Plymouth has a strong network in the UK and overseas, enabling students to obtain a University of Plymouth degree without having to study on the Plymouth campus. Academic Partnerships wants to improve its administrative structure by putting together a versatile team to support these functions and meet the goals and objectives of Academic Partnerships.

This is a full-time job that works 37 hours a week permanently.
