Job Summary: Looking for an Administrative Assistant in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Work key details:

  • Provide administrative assistance in the office, ie filing, scanning, drafting letters, data entry and other related tasks
  • Prepare documents as well as reports and process them
  • Provide support in recruiting staff, orientation as well as training
  • Organize, schedule and coordinate meetings
  • Order office supplies as well as equipment if needed
  • Perform any other relevant duties as required

Work qualifications and experience

  • The applicant must have a relevant bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2+ years experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of office administration
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in the preparation and entry of data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite is required
