AppleOne Vancouver wants to add a permanent, full-time administrative and payroll assistant to our team.
Location – Vancouver Downtown, WFH in Location
Salary – $ 43K- $ 45K + benefits, commissions
Primary duties will include:
- General administrative work, including filing, data entry, processing of payroll mail and invoices
- Perform reception duties
- Formatting different documents
- Provide customer service to customers and temporary employees
- Recruitment Support – Interviewing Candidates and Opening Positions
- Must have at least 6 months of administrative experience.
- Strong administrative and human skills
- Solid MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
- Ability to take multi-task and take initiative
- Previous experience with reception or customer service is an asset
- Experience in a fast office environment
- Self-starter and multi-tasker (must take initiative)
- Excellent communication skills – oral and written
- Strong attention to detail
