AppleOne Vancouver wants to add a permanent, full-time administrative and payroll assistant to our team.

Location – Vancouver Downtown, WFH in Location

Salary – $ 43K- $ 45K + benefits, commissions

Primary duties will include:

  • General administrative work, including filing, data entry, processing of payroll mail and invoices
  • Perform reception duties
  • Formatting different documents
  • Provide customer service to customers and temporary employees
  • Recruitment Support – Interviewing Candidates and Opening Positions


  • Must have at least 6 months of administrative experience.
  • Strong administrative and human skills
  • Solid MS Office skills including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to take multi-task and take initiative
  • Previous experience with reception or customer service is an asset
  • Experience in a fast office environment
  • Self-starter and multi-tasker (must take initiative)
  • Excellent communication skills – oral and written
  • Strong attention to detail
