Hands on operator who lives and leads the perfect guest experience while ensuring the team is successful.
Responsible for assisting the Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager to ensure that all colleagues have the complete product knowledge.
To always be a brand ambassador.
Responsible and responsible for ensuring that all customers are served according to the brand standard.
Help the sales manager / restaurant manager to grow the business continuously.
Responsible for ensuring that all administrative work is kept up to date and submitted correctly.
Responsible for ensuring that all cash is kept safe at all times and that all paperwork is completed in accordance with company policy.
Responsible for ensuring that all orders are placed on time and in accordance with the business requirements.
Can do an inventory and import into Adaco.
Can complete daily, weekly and monthly predictions in the absence of Outlet Manager / Restaurant General Manager.
Communicate and record all maintenance issues and ensure that work is carried out.
Can perform a brand audit and communicate the score.
Assist the sales manager / restaurant manager in action planning.
Fully understands the general ledger and can highlight and investigate all problems.
Monitor and distract colleagues to confidently make suggestive sales for items from the menu.
In the absence of the Outlet Manager / Restaurant General Manager, ensure that all complaints are handled correctly without compromising the reputation of the brand.
Have full control over a shift and ensure that all brand standards are met at all times.
Make sure problems are handled immediately, with the support of Outlet Manager / Restaurant General Manager.
Can make decisions that positively impact the business and the colleague, is flexible and open to change and discussion.
Control the pace of FOH and communicate with all people.
Support the sales manager / restaurant manager in conversation with the team. Coach and coaching staff to communicate with each other and colleagues at all times.
Health and Safety:
Responsible for assisting the sales manager / restaurant general manager to ensure that the point of sale operates at all times in accordance with local health, hygiene legislation and the highest level of cleanliness.
HR / Training:
Can effectively perform inductions, trial evaluation on time and complete and submit all correct documentation to Outlet Manager / Restaurant General Manager.
Make sure that regular training is offered in the shop and that all colleagues are trained according to their job specification.
Recruit, lead and motivate team members.
Compile the list according to the budget and business requirements for approval of the Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager.
Make sure all holiday planning is complete, updated and in line with the business requirements. Real people; right place / time.
Communicate with the kitchen and ensure that the duties are complete in the absence of the sales manager / restaurant manager.
If required by the brand, you can manage the flow of home orders, manage managers and communicate with all features. Can handle complaints effectively.
Arrive at work on time and check the schedule the previous day.
Tertiary education or diploma in food and beverage management
Fluent Italian speaker
Minimum 1 year experience as a team leader role with independent restaurants / brands
Complete knowledge and understanding of all money solution and banking procedures
