- Provide administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Answer phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
- Performs administrative duties, such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
- Complete operational requirements by scheduling and allocating administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Arrange arrangements for senior staff, such as booking flights, cars and hotel or restaurant bookings.
- Display polite and professional communication via phone, email and mail.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication.
- Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experience growth opportunities.
- Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, requesting repairs, maintaining equipment inventory and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain inventory by checking inventory to determine inventory level, anticipate what is needed, place orders and expedite.
- Contribute to team effort by achieving related results if necessary.
