Job description: Salary: UH4 £ 21,686 – £ 22,847 pa (pro rata) with the potential to progress to £ 24,871 pa (pro rata) with the attainment of designated skills and experience

Contract duration: 12 months (maternity cover)

Location: Bishops Square, Hatfield

We are looking for a team member to support administrative activities for our courses and students in a variety of overseas partner settings. You will be based in a small, central team, working closely with team members and a range of academic and administrative contacts internally and externally.

This is an interesting and varied position that gives you the opportunity to gain and improve your administrative experience, with appropriate training and support. The role requires good communication skills to work effectively with internal and external persons, as well as to keep computer and manual records. You have proven administrative experience, good organizational and IT skills and a strong eye for detail.


Trained with 5 GCSEs, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent, or proven professional work experience
