Job description: The international company B2Broker (Business to Broker) is a fintech developer and liquidity provider for brokers, banks and investment funds. We do not deal with brokerage activities, but offer complete solutions to other businesses around the world.
Since 2014, it has occupied its niche in the market, the company has been a leader in its field and is growing and thus constantly developing it. Today, the company’s offices are located in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Limassol, Hong Kong, Minsk, London, Dubai and Kiev.
– Performs, under minimal supervision, the full range of office management and administrative support functions
-Provide administrative assistance to top management
-Perform a variety of administrative duties: e.g. Organization of meetings, discussion of conference rooms, video conferencing and other related administrative matters relating to peer assistance, office supplies and equipment orders, etc. including the preparation and / or processing of administrative requests / documents
-Help with the preparation of presentation material and the organization of events
Compilation of reports and databases for work
-Preparation of routine correspondence, memoranda as required
-Perform other duties as assigned.
– Fluent English
