Job description: About the role
We are currently looking for an experienced personal / executive assistant to join our transformation management team to assist our transformation officer with administrative related tasks.
- Managing the Executive Committee’s day-to-day calendar, including scheduling meetings, handling telephone calls and prioritizing appointments where applicable.
- Preparation, formatting and editing of information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, PowerPoint presentations, reports, etc.
- Keeping records and other documents.
- Complete expense reports, handle petty cash and manage invoice payments for managers.
- Book and arrange business trips, transport and accommodation.
- Act as a gatekeeper and escalate relevant information to management members if necessary.
- Take minutes during meetings.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate corporate records, documents and reports.
- Interaction with other functions as and when required (eg IT team, procurement team).
- Assist managers with a variety of projects and processes as needed.
