Job title: Assistant Manager – Front Office
Job description: You are responsible for assisting the efficient management of the department in accordance with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, while meeting the expectations of employees, guests and owners. The Assistant Manager Front Office is responsible for assisting the Assistant Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the reception at the hotel.
The ideal is with a relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience as assistant manager or team leader – Front Office / Guest Relations in a hotel. Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Hyatt was founded by Jay Pritzker in 1957 when he bought the motel Hyatt House adjacent to Los Angeles International Airport.
