UCA has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the dynamic and innovative team of Records & Systems.
The team has the overall responsibility for the student record and the student record database. We are a busy team working with other key departments at the university to support processes related to the student journey from enrollment to graduation and provide advice on how these processes can be improved through the use and development of our student systems.
As a team administrator, you will assist the team of Student records and systems in the daily tasks, such as reviewing and updating data within the student records system, compiling and issuing correspondence through the University’s student records system and resolving queries and errors for enrollment, graduation and compliance with immigration.
Due to the extremely busy nature of the office and the varied and interesting workload, you need a good standard of education, excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize and perform various tasks according to agreed timelines. You have previous general administrative experience with the operational delivery of business processes and policies, ideally within an educational environment, and a proven ability to solve problems. Good written and oral communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with both staff and students are essential, as well as your ability to work well as part of a team.
