Job title: Administrative Assistant
Job description: We are currently looking for an experienced administrative assistant for our office in JLT to perform administrative tasks and provide high-level business support.
- Greet visitors, answer / screen / direct phone calls, manage e-mail correspondence, mail and courier shipments
- Compile a record system for files, contacts, employee directory, etc.
- Perform daily administrative and office support, arrange timely payments; ensure that the business’s operations run efficiently
- Provides direct business support to senior management, including e-mail correspondence, generating and distributing memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, etc.
- Plan, organize and schedule company meetings in the office, off-site and via video conference
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all levels of employees
- Maintain and update the company’s website and corporate social networks
- Supervises and maintains office equipment, identifies and meets office supply needs, maintains and manages suppliers and coordinates timely delivery
- Manage and keep records of petty cash expenses
- Help HR with recruitment and on and off board
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
