The receptionist / administrative assistant is a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and a team player attitude. This person is responsible for greeting and accompanying all guests or visitors who come to the club and provides personal welcome for guests by receiving information about the club and a warm welcome. She will also assist internal and external clients of the club by handling office tasks, providing courteous and professional assistance via telephone and email, making the necessary arrangements and generally providing a helpful, productive and positive presence on to be the workplace. Requirements 2 years experience in a similar capacity is a must Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform work and give priorities. Excellent customer service skills Attention to detail and problem solving skills Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, evening and weekends Ability to work with a diverse group of people daily decisions Ability to have a professional appearance and behavior maintain Ability to communicate effectively in person, in writing and by telephone Willingness and the ability to work outside normal office hours from time to time Willingness to work flexibly in response to changing organizational requirements Strong work ethic, confident and professional responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service experience to all members, no members and users of the facility. Greet members and users of the club as they arrive at reception. Register new members and help current members with their queries. Registration of members and verification of memberships and personal training session. Prospective members register and lead them to the right person. Provides information on classes, personal trainers and availability. Dealing with questions about membership cancellation and personal training session. Ensure that adequate information, packages and pamphlets are available to those interested at the reception. Ensure the safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and take a responsible attitude towards the maintenance of the premises and facilities of the fitness center. Serving customers, taking money for activities and accurate bookkeeping or transactions at the end of each shift. Welcome members and visitors to the club and provide accurate information about programs and activities. Create an excellent first impression of the club by offering a warm welcome, neat appearance and pleasant manner at all times. Handles phone inquiries, records messages of incoming calls and transmits calls. Maintain a clean and tidy environment, behind and in front of the counter. To keep track of all inquiries, complaints about lost property and repairs clearly and accurately, and to ensure that the information is delegated and resolved to the relevant department. Pay and bank at the end of each shift and ensure that shifts are balanced, and complete relevant documentation. At the request of the manager of the fitness center, take on other duties of a similar professional nature and in accordance with the role. Dedicated to ensuring the safety of members and guests at all times. Maintain safe and effective workplace policies and practices. Undertake supervision and training. Keep records and compile monitoring data as requested. Assist with compiling regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system; Type of work: Permanent salary: AED2,800.00 – AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute / move:
