Job title: Personal Assistant (Contract)
Job description: Charterhouse works with a reputable organization in the professional services sector that wants to hire a personal assistant for a maternity cover contract.
In this role, you can provide administrative support to a C-level manager in a fast-paced office. You will need to manage the Directors diary as well as complicated travel arrangements. In addition, you help with the ad hoc coordination of the office and help other managers with administrative tasks.
This is a full-time role for a contract period and your responsibilities will also include receiving and calling and matching with visitors.
The successful candidate must have at least 3 years experience as a personal assistant / executive assistant, and it will be very beneficial if your background is in financial services. You need to be detail-oriented, a team player and have a positive attitude. You must have a high level of communication skills in English. To be eligible for this role, you must have a spouse or family visa and be able to start immediately.
