Staff Accommodation • Liaise with the school’s HR Advisor and the Office’s Acquisition and Operational Support Division to ensure that the preparation, maintenance (if applicable) and departure of staff in Taaleem Provided Accommodation (TPA) is compliant. requirements. Provide advice to the Central Facilities Manager and address gaps immediately. • Be able to provide copies of all facilities for maintenance and other school services to the authorities as and when required. Checklist issued for central office operations • Provide reports and fines from government inspections, including RTA / DOT, and update the bus checklist immediately with any new requests arising from an inspection to the central office transport controller. • Ensure that Taaleem’s policies and procedures are followed and that other employees are trained in and familiar with relevant policies and procedures, including procurement and health and safety.
Education • Bachelor’s degree or industry-related qualification at similar level. Experience • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (eg facilities, purchasing), ideally in an educational institution or a related service provider industry. Skills • Team management, operational management and compliance experience, working with regulatory bodies, strategic planning and business development, strong IT skills and logistics.
