Handles payroll processing and tracking and reports payroll information on gratuity / end service benefits.
Arrange plane tickets for the employee’s vacation.
Update the company’s personal personnel files, keep track of cost details, coordinate public relations duties and follow up on pending and important matters of senior managers.
Ensure the confidentiality of information.
Maintain callers, answer questions and provide complex information to anyone seeking help from human resources. Compile letters and keep records of internal and external correspondence.
Controls and maintains confidentiality in all correspondence, files, documents and reports.
Provide assistance to new employees, in addition to solving administrative problems.
Full assigned reporting function related to attendance statistics, termination, rental and transfer data and other information.
Enter requisition for all invoices and process orders for payment to be paid to accounts.
Coordinate with the Accounts section for the status of payments and payments due.
Keep stock of office supplies and replenish stock if necessary by completing the request.
Order equipment repairs and services according to instructions.
Collect materials, obtain documents and background information for reports and other purposes in accordance with specific instructions.
