Job description: To provide a service administration service, you must maintain both computerized and manual information systems and provide the service’s leading response service. Also to assist in the production and analysis of personnel information.

Service enhancement

The individual

Practical / administrative experience
The design and maintenance of comprehensive filing systems
Collection and analysis of information
Compile responses to different correspondence items

2 Higher grades or equivalent, English preferred

Ability to give constructive advice under pressure
Ability to work with initiative and common sense and make balanced decisions or seek advice if necessary
Effective organizational skills and the ability to prioritize own work
Word processing skills
Computer literate
Must be numbers

Basic knowledge of employment legislation and relevant matters

Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Able to connect with people at all levels
Appreciation, acceptance and commitment to the importance of confidentiality

Flexible to meet the needs and demands of the service
The ability to work in a shared office
The ability to work in different offices, subject to the needs of the service

Temporary until 31 July 2022

Closing date: 24 September 2021
Starting salary: £ 21,507 (pro rata)
£ 11.41 per hour
18,125 hours per week, equal between Monday to Friday and preferably in the afternoons.
