Job description: Hospital Transfers is the leading provider of non-emergency, patient transfers for medically stable patients across the continent and Fraser Valley. With our specially equipped fleet of vehicles, our teams transport patients by wheelchair and portable throughout the healthcare system.
Our small, friendly and fast-paced office in Abbotsford is looking for a full-time administrative assistant. This position will operate during office hours on a Monday-Friday schedule.
Job description / responsibilities
-learn our position from our customer service representative, which includes answering incoming calls
-learn our software and take responsibility for importing updates
management of our private pay calls and accounts
general office support such as scanning, filing and data entry
Skills and qualifications required
Computer and data input skills
-strong organizational skills
-good communication skills
-the ability to work within a team environment
experience using Microsoft Excel and Word is a strong asset
Our compensation package includes hourly wage, an annual discretionary bonus, and group benefits and eligibility for RRSP programs.
