Our office in Abbotsford is looking for a detailed office assistant with excellent customer service skills to perform various interim administrative and administrative duties. If you are a self-starter and enjoy a day of offering personal and personal assistance to internal and external clients, as well as varied administrative work, we would love to hear from you.

What you will do
As an office assistant you will:
- Take care of the reception upon receipt and perform the administrative duties, including submission, e-mail, scanning, receiving calls, general information, recording messages, forwarding calls and receiving and forwarding visitors
- Obtain and document information from plaintiffs, employers or other parties
- Type a variety of materials, such as correspondence, forms, reports and materials that include technical and industrial terminology
- Maintain files and distribute materials as needed
- Receive, sort and send mail as needed

Your experience and educational background:
- A minimum of Grade 12 education
- Recent, related work experience in an administrative role
- Use Microsoft Word Proficient
- Type a minimum of 40 words per minute
