So, what is needed to be a successful administrative assistant? You are organized and equipped to handle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration, answering and transmitting calls, updating and submitting records, processing invoices and sending out correspondence. The goal is to provide an excellent administrative service that can support the success of the store.
We are looking for someone to join our friendly team, who can prioritize tasks and manage a changing workload effectively, with accuracy and attention to detail. An organized, proactive approach is key – a skilled administrator who is flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.
