Job description: Ajilon works with a real estate client to find an administrator / coordinator assistant to support the meetings / exhibition team. The ideal candidate will assist the Assistant Vice President and Director of Exhibitions, while also having the opportunity to work in Washington, DC!

Responsibilities: * Logistics coordination – manages all aspects of shipping routes and delivery

  • Work with sellers on exhibitions
  • Place digital advertisements or information about new sponsors on the site
  • Base on invoices and collections with sponsors
  • Correct and edit Microsoft Word and PowerPoint documents
  • Respond to e-mails from sponsors
  • Work on conferences

Qualification: * Entry level posts: applicants from all educational levels and backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Entry level positions: * 0-2 years administrative experience. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

Software / technical skills: * Previous administrative assistant experience is preferred. The ability to learn quickly, move with the team, complete tasks efficiently and meet the needs of the team

Fee: $ 19- $ 20 per hour

Working hours: * Monday to Thursday, 09:00 to 16:00 in the office (no Fridays)

Type of employment: * Contract / temporary service for at least 6 weeks
