VWA is newly supporting a leading, global boutique technology company to hire a team assistant to join their forward-thinking and dynamic team. Our client is looking for someone who is self-driven and enthusiastic about being part of a successful team of people.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a graduate to join their London office (they have offices in the US, Berlin and Stockholm) as their team assistant and an important part of their growing team. The company has an excellent ethos and family spirit, and they take good care of their staff and support professional development.
Core responsibilities for this team assistant include, but are not limited to:
- Liaison with individuals at senior level
- Project coordination and support of key activities within the project
- Monitor and follow planned tasks
- Arrangements for meetings and interviews
- Client and candidate data management
- Proofread documents
- Additional administrative support to the team.
As a team assistant, your organizational skills are unmatched and you have administrative experience behind you. The ability to manage with confidence and efficient management of a diverse workload with multiple deadlines is essential, coupled with a high level of attention to detail.
It is a fast-moving environment, and you will show resilience and initiative when dealing with senior stakeholders. In terms of technical skills, you have excellent Microsoft Office skills.
Salary pays up to £ 28K, depending on experience, and the role offers excellent benefits.
