  • Sort and send mail if needed
  • If necessary, write memoranda, reports, letters and other items
  • Maintain files and handle other administrative support tasks
  • Keep an inventory of office supplies and order new ones as needed
  • Complete bank transactions
  • Answer phone calls and record messages
  • Planning meetings and managing calendars if necessary
  • Visitors to the office welcomed and offered drinks
  • Provide visitors with information and access to office parking
  • Resolving office-related issues
  • Maintaining the neatness of the office
