Admin assistant / receptionist responsible for providing secretarial, administrative and administrative support to ensure that the services are delivered effectively and efficiently. Essential work functions
- Answer all incoming calls and handle the caller’s queries where possible
- Redirect calls if necessary, and take adequate messages if necessary
- Photocopy, scan, send e-mail and fax and send incoming correspondence to the person concerned
- Keep a log of incoming and outgoing correspondence with landlords, tenants, etc.
- Keep a record of staff attendance
- Greetings, help and / or visitors to the office and offer refreshments
- Maintain the general filing system and submit all correspondence
- Make sure the office is kept clean and tidy by liaising with the office boy.
- Keep an adequate supply of office and kitchen supplies.
- Provide word processing and secretarial support; letters and documents prepared.
- Update furniture lists, business website, Dubizzle, Bayut and any other portal that can be used and answer any queries that callers may have about the furniture and related items.
- Organize and submit all applicable contracts and paperwork.
- Secretarial duties for the General Manager
- Assist other staff and perform other related duties as required by management
Types of work: Full-time, contract experience:
- office: 3 years (preferably)

- Dubai (preferred)
- English (preferred)
