Job responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial services by providing routine administrative paperwork.
  • Managing an active calendar of appointments, routes and agendas, including arranging services and arranging meetings.
  • Correspondence preparation; arrangements for meetings and events, as required.
  • Keep track of the daily schedule of house staff and outside contractors for pool, garden, etc.
  • Screen incoming mail and phone calls, action replies.
  • To manage a filing system and ensure that the home office is properly maintained, including the management of stationery.
  • Manage itineraries, arrange tickets and accommodation and follow the timelines.
  • Completion of expense reports and handling of the payroll of office staff; maintain petty cash accounts by verifying the authenticity of claims and expenses
