The role The PR Assistants sit with your brand management team and report to the Senior PR Manager. You will support the Senior PR Manager with the PR strategy and the management of a global network of external PR agencies. The PR strategy will be nuanced at the local level based on market needs and insight, and will require constant and effective and clear communication with the social network to deliver the most effective output. The role will also include in various areas of the press office, including administration and purchase orders on a daily basis. The role will provide a fantastic amount of exposure within the organization, across the departments and within the agency work. What you are going to do … • Facilitate the implementation of the Consumer PR strategy via the global network of agencies. • Communication with a broad mix of consumer media. • Actively build on new and existing press, media and agency relationships. • Supporting the launch of senior PRmanageron events and opportunities during the season • Communicating with agencies and press daily, and managing daily image requests. • Oversee all products shot in still life and loaded on GPS. • Monitor media daily, report coverage to the team and suggest coverage opportunities. • Liaison with the sales team to gather product information and samples • Liaise with the sales team to identify the upcoming product drops and product opportunities. • Ensure product opportunities, drops manifest in the best representation of our brand through the head office and the showrooms of the agency … • Proven PR experience in a fast fashion environment • Can software packages in Word, Excel, internet and e post use • Excellent writing style, with a high standard of grammar.
