About the role:

The Patient Project Assistant develops and executes patient recruitment initiatives for M3 Global Research healthcare / pharmaceutical market research projects in Europe and the UK, ensuring that they are successfully delivered within agreed budgets and timelines.


  • Has an excellent understanding of the recruitment methods and processes of patients to ensure that it is applied appropriately to projects
  • Perform recruitment methods for patient projects (e-mail campaigns, text messages, personal recruitment)
  • Proactively plan, design and implement customized recruitment solutions for patient projects
  • Evaluates and analyzes plan results and offers recommendations for optimizing future plans, using historical internal data
  • Attend internal calls with other patient project departments
  • Assist the patient team in designing and planning marketing strategies for retaining and acquiring patients to the panel
  • On board associations and support groups for partnerships
  • Use social media and online channels to recruit projects
  • Oversees all administrative tasks prior to qualitative interviews (scheduling, proof of condition, consent forms)


  • Fluent in English and Italian – additional languages ​​such as Spanish or German are welcome
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Marketing and / or Market Research
  • Degree level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Enjoy working together and being comfortable with large amounts of data
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with knowledge of patient research and patient-centeredness
  • Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks you assign
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral
  • Strong time management skills, with a problem-solving, ‘do’ approach and attitude
  • Experience in building long-term relationships with potential and current panel members
  • The ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
