Job title: Admin Assistant
Job description: Charterhouse is working with a global professional service company that immediately wants to hire an administrative assistant for their Dubai office.
The role will allow you to report directly to the office manager and assist them with administrative duties. You will also support the department with administrative functions, including office management, asset maintenance, HR support and be responsible for ordering and replenishing important office supplies, as well as inventory management. You will be an important part of the team and ensure that paperwork is up to date and a support for the daily function and management of the office.
This is a full-time role and would be an immediate start in their Dubai office.
The successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in administrative support, and candidates who have worked in financial services will be given preference. You must have excellent communication skills in English and it will be very beneficial if you have a degree. Our client is looking for an extremely organized individual who shows initiative and drive and is an excellent team player.
