CPC Logistics, the country’s leader in the provision of private fleet truck drivers, immediately opened an administrative assistant with experience in the transportation industry in Linden, NJ.
This position reports directly to the on-site operations manager.
Responsibilities include:
Daily communication with managers
Interaction and proper communication with managers and management
� Weekly payroll function
Filing and maintaining documents such as DVIRs, bills of lading, etc.
ï ½ Professional telephone etiquette, answer telephones
ï ½ Coordination with equipment salesman to ensure timely maintenance
� Work to get the best use of manpower and equipment
Qualified candidates will:
Has 2-5 years of administrative experience (transport experience a plus!)
� Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Get acquainted with Microsoft Office programs
Focus on customer service
Has excellent problem-solving skills

$ 18 / hour. 40 hours working week
