Job Description The Director of Finance and Administration is responsible for the administrative and financial leadership of the program to ensure quality, timeliness and efficiency of project preparation, day-to-day operations and closure. She will manage the administrative and logistical infrastructure of key components of the program and ensure that the global standards of excellence in service delivery programming and donor-specific compliance are met. policies and procedures, donor rules and regulations, award requirements and legitimate government laws Conduct review review, internal audit follow-ups and practical training to ensure sound financial management. Oversees and coordinates financial and administrative systems. Prepare monthly financial reports, sheets, and quarterly accrual r eports Supervise the finance assistant while maintaining a highly secure financial system that takes into account the financial and accounting security in the country.
